As a Renewals Associate II at OneTrust, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of client renewals, ensuring timely and successful contract executions. This position is integral to the Sales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences during the renewal process. In this role, your primary responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end client renewals, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to ensure on-time contract execution. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide seamless support, especially during renewal cycles that present opportunities for expansion or additional services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders is essential, as is ensuring compliance with contract terms by working in conjunction with finance and legal departments. Additionally, you will collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of renewal processes.
The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of sales experience, preferably in renewals, and holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English are required, along with excellent interpersonal and critical thinking abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred, and experience working with customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is advantageous.
