Renewals Team Lead

The Renewals Team Lead is a key member of Diligent Corporation's Revenue Operations team, responsible for overseeing the comprehensive order-to-cash process, including subsequent renewals. This role is situated within the Accounting department, a vital component of the CFO organization, and plays a pivotal role in managing the operational aspects of global renewals. The primary objective is to ensure the timely and accurate setup of renewal invoices in accordance with contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, in implementing the company's strategy for price increases, ensuring adherence to global processes for all products, and overseeing the setup of renewals to facilitate on-time invoicing per individual contracts. The role also involves partnering with the commercial organization to address any changes in renewal timelines, collaborating closely with the Senior Manager to automate processes, and maintaining a thorough understanding of Diligent's products and services. Additionally, the Renewals Team Lead is expected to manage and train a team of Renewals Specialists and support the integration of acquired companies.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in renewals or similar roles, along with at least 1 year of people management experience. Strong attention to detail, a robust work ethic, and the ability to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced global environment are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, superior organizational and prioritization skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary. Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar contracting systems is preferred.
