Revenue Manager, Independent Hotels
As a Revenue Manager at Lighthouse, you will be a key member of the Commercial Strategy Services (CSS) team, focusing on independent hotels across the AMER region. Lighthouse is a leading commercial platform in the hospitality industry, dedicated to transforming complex data into actionable insights and advanced pricing tools to maximize revenue potential. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the commercial success of unique, independent hotel partners.
In this position, you will develop and implement customized rate, yield, and e-commerce strategies tailored to each hotel's brand identity. Responsibilities include leading weekly revenue strategy calls with hotel owners and general managers, managing distribution channels, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives such as Travel Ads and Google Ads. Additionally, you will analyze daily reports and utilize AI-driven forecasting to proactively adjust strategies in response to market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in hotel revenue management, with proficiency in property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), channel managers, and revenue management systems (RMS). Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of hotel operations are essential. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
