The Revenue Operations Business Partner Analyst at Kaseya is a strategic, data-driven individual contributor role that partners closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional go-to-market teams to optimize revenue execution across the customer lifecycle. This position focuses on supporting data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and providing actionable insights to enable effective decision-making within the Revenue Operations function. The analyst serves as a day-to-day execution partner for Sales, facilitating deal progression while maintaining strong discipline across CRM, Quote-to-Cash processes, and forecasting inputs.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and supporting sales deal submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to pricing, discount, and approval policies. The analyst acts as the primary support for complex, non-standard, or high-risk deals, identifying deal-level risks related to structure, margin, billing, or execution, and clearly communicating trade-offs to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves enforcing deal submission standards to reduce approval cycles, rework, and post-close corrections.

The position requires 3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions, with a background in supporting go-to-market teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. Strong business acumen and an understanding of how operational execution impacts revenue outcomes are essential. Candidates should have proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action, along with experience operating within structured performance and KPI frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority are also required.
