The Revenue Operations Manager at Checkr will lead and optimize the sales operations of the Commercial new business sales team. This role is crucial in shaping the company's growth trajectory by identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and ensuring their successful execution. The position supports high-value account teams in meeting their revenue goals, contributing to Checkr's mission of building a data platform that powers safe and fair decisions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives. The role involves identifying and refining sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability, providing input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, and managing forecasting processes to ensure accurate sales projections. Additionally, the manager will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with over six years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, consulting, or similar roles. A proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation is essential. Strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce are required. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation for this role varies by location. In San Francisco, CA, the on-target earnings or base salary range is $161,000 to $189,000 USD. In Denver, CO, the range is $136,000 to $160,000 USD.
