Revenue Operations Project Manager
Cato Networks is seeking a Revenue Operations Project Manager to join our global Revenue Operations team in Tel Aviv, Israel. As a pioneer in converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized cloud service, Cato Networks is at the forefront of the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) market, projected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of simplifying complex networking and security challenges.
In this position, you will lead strategic and operational projects aimed at optimizing and scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations, with a focus on pre-sale processes. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives, reviewing and enhancing current processes, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) to support the rollout of new tools or enhancements. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and enabling teams on implemented processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in sales operations, business systems, or project management, with a strong familiarity with GTM processes across pre-sale and post-sale stages. Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects end-to-end, strong analytical and process-oriented skills, and technical aptitude to map workflows and write clear business requirements are essential. Experience with CPQ tools, and implementing AI-driven processes such as automation workflows and intelligent systems is advantageous. A background in high-tech or SaaS companies, particularly in start-up or high-growth environments, is preferred.
