The Revenue Strategy & Biz Ops Lead at Remote is a pivotal role within the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team, reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, Strategy & RevOps. Remote is a globally distributed company dedicated to simplifying global employment compliance, enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams seamlessly. This position offers the opportunity to influence executive-level priorities and drive significant revenue growth decisions in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities include identifying and framing high-impact business problems related to revenue growth through data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder input. The role involves conducting structured quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing findings into actionable strategies for C-level audiences, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition to execution and performance measurement. Additionally, the lead will build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders and act as a thought partner to revenue leaders, assisting them in solving complex business challenges.
Candidates should possess outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a strategic role within a high-growth startup or scale-up. The ability to generate insights from data and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations is essential. Strong leadership and ownership skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, and a collaborative mindset adaptable to a fast-changing environment are also required. A passion for technology and an understanding of trends and market dynamics in SaaS and B2B software markets are highly valued.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $52,600 to $147,950, determined by role, level, and location.
