RF Engineer
Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new RF designs based on customer requirements and enhancing our portfolio of product offerings. Your day-to-day tasks will include deriving and documenting RF subsystem requirements, producing RF schematics, guiding PCB layout, validating designs through testing, and assisting with the manufacturing and integration of complex PCB assemblies. Additionally, you will support system integration, troubleshoot issues, and participate in design reviews and customer meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a Master's degree with an emphasis on RF, along with over six years of experience in RF hardware and schematic design from UHF to Ka-band. Proficiency in designing LNAs and Power Amplifiers up to 10W at Ka/Ku-band, as well as experience with RF test equipment and lab practices, is essential. Strong technical acumen, the ability to multitask across multiple projects, and a capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies are also required.
Voyager offers a competitive base salary range of $125,000 to $195,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
