The RF Field Operations Associate at Anduril Industries is a pivotal role within the Electronic Warfare (EW) business line, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and leading both internal and external program activities. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations Lead to manage field events, product deployments, and demonstrations, ensuring that technical objectives are met while adhering to contractual requirements. Anduril Industries is a defense technology company committed to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, delivering cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Key responsibilities include serving in a customer-facing capacity, working directly with the Department of Defense to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products that meet operational needs. The role entails managing and accelerating cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams, instilling efficient project management workflows, and owning the deployment of EW capabilities at test and demonstration events. Additionally, the associate will work cross-functionally to plan, execute, and supervise EW field events, provide input to product and engineering teams to enhance product features, support end-users through training content development, and coordinate frequent test events involving various levels of software and hardware.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Program Manager, technician, or Engineer, with a strong familiarity with software-defined radios and their architecture preferred. Experience in translating technical concepts into operational requirements, working in rapidly iterating test environments with high levels of software and hardware integration, and project management and product deployment roles is essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and willingness to travel up to 50% are also required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $149,000 annually, with actual offers varying based on factors such as work experience, education, and critical skills. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most full-time offers. Anduril provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost, along with additional benefits such as income protection, generous time off, family planning support, mental health resources, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, and relocation assistance.

Anduril Industries fosters a culture of innovation and rapid development, bringing together the brightest minds and best-in-class talent to address complex defense challenges. The company emphasizes high ownership and cross-functional collaboration, offering employees the opportunity to work on problems with real-world impact and contribute to the future of defense technology.
