Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator at Carlsmed plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales Leadership team. This position is integral to enhancing the efficiency of the commercial organization by coordinating essential sales processes, facilitating key meetings, and ensuring the seamless execution of medical education and sales training events. Carlsmed is dedicated to improving outcomes and reducing healthcare costs in spine surgery through its personalized surgery platform.
Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the CCO and Sales Leadership team, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, and handling expense reporting. The Sales Coordinator will also organize and support quarterly sales planning and review processes, monthly commercial review meetings, and various medical education events such as aLINK, aprevo Exchange, Fellows, and Power Forum events. Additionally, the role involves supporting sales training events, major sales meetings, and assisting with sales operations contracts and data management processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative assistance, or a similar role. Strong skills in calendar management, scheduling, and logistics coordination are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Experience with travel booking and expense platforms is preferred, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required.
