The Sales Development Intern at KnowBe4 will join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity awareness and training solutions. This hybrid role, based in Arlington, Virginia, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales development within a leading organization committed to transforming workforce security culture.

Key responsibilities include mapping company structures to identify viable accounts, pinpointing appropriate contacts, and conducting outreach through calls and emails to secure demo bookings. The intern will also learn to organize and maintain the CRM database, shadow experienced sales development representatives, and collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to deepen understanding of KnowBe4's business model.

Candidates should be undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration. Essential skills include strong communication and empathy, confidence, adaptability, competitiveness, and teamwork. Proficiency in computer skills is also required.

This paid internship runs from May 18th, 2026, to August 14th, 2026, and requires interns to work in the Arlington, VA office four days a week (Monday through Thursday). Interns will participate in professional development workshops, team-building activities, and have opportunities to engage with senior executives during 'Ask Me Anything' sessions.
