Lighthouse is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly expanding team in Barcelona, Spain. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in introducing key hotel brands to Lighthouse's innovative commercial platform, which simplifies complex data into actionable insights and advanced pricing tools for the hospitality industry. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative community dedicated to revolutionizing the hospitality sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on key contacts within the hospitality industry, particularly hotel chains and their management companies. Your day-to-day activities will include engaging with inbound leads to schedule product demonstrations, making outbound calls, sending personalized emails, and utilizing LinkedIn to connect with prospective clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate new business opportunities and follow up with prospects after events and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess high energy and a passion for building relationships and connecting with people. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A desire to pursue a career in sales, coupled with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, is crucial. Self-motivation, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also key attributes. Fluency in Spanish or Italian is required, with additional European languages considered a plus.
