Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)
As a Sales Development Representative at Awin, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by identifying and nurturing outbound leads, transforming prospects from initial contact to engaged clients. This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and inclusive team dedicated to expanding Awin's market presence.
Your primary responsibilities will include outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social platforms to connect with potential clients. You will qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with Senior Sales Managers. Collaborating with departments such as Sales Operations and Marketing, you will work to achieve and exceed performance KPIs and sales targets. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding and training new team members and map potential accounts for expansion or new product lines.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage shifting priorities, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement software like SalesLoft, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
