Sales Development Representative IIS
Huntress is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their remote team in the United States. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by prospecting new relationships and qualifying opportunities for the Mid-Market Account Executive team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to Huntress's mission from anywhere in the U.S.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include outbound prospecting to Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) within companies of 100-3000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will establish trust and rapport with VARs to understand their solutions, team composition, territories covered, and ideal customer profiles. Collaborating with the Account Executive team, you will set up demos and assist in closing deals, while consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and developing a deep understanding of Huntress's cybersecurity products and services are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions, with a proven track record of success. Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools are required. Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community is a plus.
Huntress offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $58,500 with on-target earnings of $78,000, plus equity.
