Staff Product Manager, Endpoint Security Posture Management
As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will lead the development of a new Endpoint Security Posture Management product, focusing initially on Application Control. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a product from the ground up within a renowned cybersecurity organization. You will work closely with company founders and product leadership to shape the product's direction and contribute significantly to the company's innovation journey.
Your primary responsibilities will include crafting a visionary product roadmap and bringing it to market. You will own the product's strategy and collaborate with engineering and design teams from conception through launch and beyond. Acting as the bridge between the Product/Engineering organization and other business units, you will translate complex technical concepts into accessible narratives for non-technical audiences and convert business and customer challenges into actionable development tasks.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of product management experience in the cybersecurity industry, with at least three years focused on developing or managing B2B cybersecurity products emphasizing application control or secure configuration management. A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products is essential. In-depth knowledge of endpoint security, application control, and secure configuration management, along with experience in system administration, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying complex concepts in various formats.
