As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fal.ai, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers exploring Generative Media solutions. This role is integral to Fal's growth, focusing on qualifying inbound leads and collaborating with Account Executives to drive revenue. Fal.ai is a rapidly scaling company that provides infrastructure and tools for AI product development, enabling teams to transition from concept to production efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries, understanding each prospect's business goals and AI infrastructure needs, and managing all inbound leads from initial contact to sales-qualified opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion rates, become proficient in Fal's platform capabilities to effectively communicate its value, and partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless prospect experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or lead generation role, though this is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills across various channels, a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, and a highly motivated, results-driven attitude are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with a collaborative team spirit, will contribute to success in this role.

Fal.ai offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
