Lighthouse is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting research on key contacts within the hospitality industry, particularly hotel chains and their management companies. Your day-to-day activities will include making outbound calls, sending LinkedIn messages, and crafting personalized emails to prospective clients, maintaining a high volume of quality outreach. Additionally, you will proactively seek new business opportunities, identify the needs of potential clients, and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Collaboration with Lighthouse's marketing team to generate leads and follow up after events and campaigns will also be a key aspect of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess high energy and a passion for building relationships and connecting with people. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. A desire to pursue a career in sales, coupled with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, is crucial. Self-motivation, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are also important qualities. Native proficiency in English is required, and additional European languages are considered a plus. A bachelor's degree in communication, business management, or equivalent experience in an outbound sales position is preferred.
