Strong foundational knowledge in top-of-funnel sales and outbound prospecting is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with fluency in English. A genuine passion for sales, relationship building, and achieving ambitious goals is crucial. Familiarity with AI tools to streamline and enhance lead generation activities is highly desirable.
