Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at MNTN plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from our suite of products and services designed to help brands reach their audience across Connected TV, web, and mobile. As the first point of contact with prospects, the SDR is instrumental in building relationships and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding monthly opportunity and meeting quotas through a daily cadence of outbound emails and phone calls to targeted prospects. The SDR will generate leads, nurture warm prospects, and uncover new accounts that align with our ideal customer profile. Crafting highly effective and personalized email sequences to engage targeted accounts is essential. Additionally, the role involves representing MNTN’s products and services with a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet prospect needs, collaborating with Account Executives to refine product and sales strategies, and maintaining accurate activity, contact, and account information on all prospects.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in SaaS sales or a business development role within a high-velocity sales organization, with a proven track record of achieving sales and activity quotas. Demonstrated ability in crafting personalized emails, overcoming objections, and creative thinking is crucial. Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the ability to work effectively in various communication settings are also required.
