The Senior Project Manager, Partner Engineering at MNTN plays a pivotal role in supporting key agency relationships through technical execution and cross-functional coordination. In this role, the Senior Project Manager serves as the primary project management partner for agency relationships, participating in recurring partner syncs, owning agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups. They translate escalated or loosely defined partner requests into clear, actionable internal workstreams while maintaining historical context across long-running initiatives. Collaboration with Technical Program Managers, Engineering Managers, Data, and Infrastructure teams is essential to route requests, assess feasibility, scope timelines, track delivery, and unblock execution. Additionally, the role involves identifying when partner concerns require escalation, building concise narratives for leadership on risks and progress, and improving transparency and communication to minimize unnecessary work for internal teams.

The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role supporting engineering teams. A background in platform integrations or performance troubleshooting is preferred. Deep familiarity with ad tech and digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, Connected TV (CTV), and measurement concepts, is crucial. Strong experience managing complex, cross-team initiatives without direct authority, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with tools like the Atlassian Suite (Jira Software, Confluence, ServiceDesk) are required. The candidate should also demonstrate comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving partner dynamics while maintaining professionalism.
