MNTN is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead the Performance Machine Learning (ML) squad. This role involves managing and mentoring engineers while driving the development, deployment, and strategy of predictive models for advertising. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of Machine Learning and Data Engineers. They will define the ML roadmap in alignment with broader product and engineering goals, oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, and partner closely with Software Development teams, Program Management, and executive leadership. Strong organizational skills are essential to streamline workflows, manage technical debt, ensure data quality, and guarantee the reliable, on-time delivery of data products.

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science, with at least 5 years in an engineering management role overseeing ML/Data teams. A proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining models at scale, ideally within ad-tech, is required. Deep understanding of modern ML frameworks, data architecture, and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) is necessary. Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for team building are also important.
