Senior Product Analyst
MNTN is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead the development and implementation of product growth analytics. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's analytics infrastructure, ensuring consistent tracking, unified identity across platforms, and providing clear insights to drive growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of MNTN's performance TV platform.
Key responsibilities include managing Pendo event tagging across the web application, setting up and maintaining GA4 tags and pixels, configuring identity resolution to accurately track user interactions, designing and governing event taxonomies, conducting tracking audits to ensure data quality, and providing insights for platform upgrades to enhance business performance. The analyst will also perform funnel analyses, create dashboards and reports for product and growth teams, conduct SQL-based analyses for deeper insights, and proactively identify patterns to improve product performance.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in product or growth analytics, with a proven track record of building and owning product analytics functions. Proficiency in tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, GA4, and Segment is essential, along with strong SQL skills and an understanding of data warehouses and data lakes. A deep understanding of identity resolution and the ability to operate independently are also required. Comfort working at the intersection of product management, data analytics, and data engineering is crucial.
