Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Webflow, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the London market. This role involves collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth through personalized outreach to key stakeholders within target accounts. As one of the initial hires in our new London office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping team culture and contributing directly to our revenue objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, and social media channels, qualifying outbound leads, and maintaining active engagement with both new and existing prospects. You will be expected to establish rapport with buyers at all levels, including senior executives, and to refine our messaging and sales prospecting techniques. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with partners in Marketing and Operations to develop successful lead generation campaigns and become a Webflow product expert to effectively convey our value proposition to potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas and driving high-volume lead generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms is preferred, and a high-energy, team-oriented attitude is crucial. A passion for Webflow’s mission and the no-code movement, as well as a proactive approach to embracing emerging technologies like AI, will contribute to success in this role.
