Candidates should have over eight years of experience in enterprise software sales or consulting, with significant exposure to the Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas sectors. A consistent record of achieving sales targets, strong customer-facing experience leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations, and the ability to travel within the region are essential qualifications.
