Sales Engineer, Eastern Europe
Cato Networks is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Eastern Europe. As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key technical resource for our field sales force, actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical validation and product advocacy for our solutions.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering product demonstrations, presenting our products to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars, and responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. You will also be responsible for conveying customer requirements to our Product Management teams and traveling throughout the sales territory as needed.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of pre-sales or consulting experience working with network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role. A proven track record in software sales is essential. Comprehensive understanding of networking technology, including LAN and WAN technologies, switching and routing, security (firewalls and filtering technologies), and cloud, is required. Strong presentation skills and written communication abilities are also necessary. The candidate should be organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive in their approach to finding solutions.
