Kaseya is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive revenue by managing the technical pre-sales process. In this role, you will partner with Sales Executives to evangelize Kaseya’s technology, deliver value-driven demonstrations, and architect tailored solutions for both prospective and existing customers. This position is based in Bangalore, India, and offers an opportunity to work within a leading provider of complete IT infrastructure and security management solutions.

As a Sales Engineer, your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering compelling, value-based demonstrations tailored to client pain points, showcasing workflows across Kaseya's platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales Executives to close deals by leading technical evaluations, writing proposals, and handling technical objections. Additionally, you will own the Proof of Concept (POC) process from start to finish, including infrastructure configuration, technical inputs, and final ROI validation. Monitoring and documenting technical requirements during discovery to build integrated solutions across IT Infrastructure monitoring, PSA, Security, BCDR, and IT Documentation will also be part of your role. Acting as the voice of the customer by sharing field insights with Product Management to help shape future product strategy is another critical responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in IT, pre-sales, or SaaS space, with strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical features into tangible business value. A deep understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and IT service desk workflows is essential. Proficiency in endpoint/network security (AV, EDR, SIEM, Firewalls, Incident Response) and Backup/Disaster Recovery solutions is required. Exceptional written and verbal English fluency is necessary, along with comfort in conducting meetings over the phone or video, presenting to audiences ranging from System Administrators to C-level executives. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience in the SaaS/IT space is preferred.
