Sales Manager
Boingo Wireless is seeking a strategic and driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the wireless connectivity sector. This role involves working within a dynamic and innovative environment, focusing on building enduring relationships and driving business growth. The position is based in Newark, NJ, with opportunities to work from home and travel to client sites in NY, NJ, PA, and CT.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities to achieve sales quotas within assigned territories and accounts. Key duties include structuring and negotiating contracts, developing and executing sales strategies for wireless infrastructure solutions, nurturing existing relationships to enhance customer value, and managing customer accounts during deployment. Collaboration with project management and RF Engineering teams is essential to deliver purchased solutions and resolve any customer issues that may arise.
Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in complex B2B solution selling of technology solutions, particularly in DAS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Existing knowledge and relationships in the hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate, or multi-dwelling unit industries are highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM systems, experience working with cross-functional teams, adaptability to a fast-paced culture, and the ability to travel at least 50% of the time are also required.
Boingo offers a generous compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $106,000 to $157,000 per year, with additional incentive pay based on sales performance.
