Sales Manager (Digital Marketing) - Dutch Speaking
As a key contributor to the SME sales strategy for the BNL and UK regions, the Sales Manager (Digital Marketing) - Dutch Speaking at Awin is responsible for managing and developing a personal sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on acquiring high-revenue clients for the network. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals within these markets, reporting directly to the SME Sales Team Leader to achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base across the BNL and UK regions. The role encompasses managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to responding to RFIs and RFPs, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, all while ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Additionally, the Sales Manager is expected to maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, conduct in-depth research on target brands, and actively participate in industry events to discover new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
The ideal candidate possesses over two years of experience in commercial roles with a focus on new business development in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplaces, or related industries. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, proficiency with and sales pipeline management software, and advanced skills in the MS Office suite are essential. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders at various levels, are required. The candidate should be self-driven, commercially savvy, and capable of managing projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
