Sales Manager / Vertriebsmitarbeiter, Retail (m/w/d)

Wolt is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager / Vertriebsmitarbeiter to join our expanding retail team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. As a company that began in 2014 with restaurant food delivery, we've grown into a platform delivering almost everything across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In 2022, we joined forces with DoorDash to continue our global expansion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in the retail sector.

In this position, you will identify and acquire potential retail partners, such as supermarkets, drugstores, and flower shops, to join the Wolt platform. Your responsibilities include managing your sales pipeline, building sustainable relationships with decision-makers, and presenting Wolt's services convincingly in face-to-face meetings. The role involves approximately 3 days per week in the field within Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, and Baden-Württemberg, including occasional hotel stays, and 1-2 days per week dedicated to cold calling from home.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or has demonstrated strong sales abilities in other contexts. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a solution-oriented approach. A completed degree or equivalent qualification through training and/or professional experience is required. Fluency in German and solid English skills are essential.
