As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Oslo by acquiring new restaurant and retail partners. This position offers the opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio, driving growth and strengthening Wolt's market position in Norway.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, initiating contact through various channels, and conducting in-person meetings to present Wolt's value proposition. You will oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to negotiating commercial terms and ensuring a seamless handover to the Partner Onboarding Team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share best practices and continuously improve our sales approach.

We are seeking a true hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a solid commercial understanding. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, along with experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
