The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end quoting process for both new and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate quote creation and approvals. Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining quotes and contracts as requested by Sales Representatives and Account Managers. The role also involves supporting daily sales operations, including quote creation, approval workflows, bookings, and provisioning for end customers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, and Finance is essential to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the analyst will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data across systems to ensure data consistency and seamless sales operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field, with prior work experience in order management and/or order fulfillment. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. An understanding of software subscription businesses (SaaS) is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate flexibility in schedule to support business demands such as quarter-end close and new product releases. Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Salesforce CPQ is advantageous. The role requires a team player comfortable working cross-functionally both within and outside the finance department.
