Braze is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Go-to-Market Operations team in São Paulo. This role focuses on optimizing sales resource allocation to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The analyst will utilize tools like Salesforce and Fullcast to design and maintain global sales territories aligned with our go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing sales territories, collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams on territory planning and quota setting, maintaining sales process documentation, analyzing sales data to identify high-potential accounts, supporting the implementation of sales tools and systems, coordinating onboarding and offboarding for sales team members, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and preparing reports on sales performance.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or operations environment, proficiency in Salesforce reporting, strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in ambiguous situations, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. Experience with Fullcast or similar territory planning tools and CaptivateIQ or similar sales compensation software is a plus.
