The Sales Operations Analyst at OneTrust plays a pivotal role within the Sales Operations Team, acting as a key partner to Account Executives. This position is instrumental in enhancing sales productivity, ensuring the accuracy of CRM data, and supporting the implementation of scalable sales processes. In this role, the analyst is responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity by optimizing territory, pipeline, and account structures. They provide daily operational support to the Sales team, swiftly resolving CRM and process-related issues. Additionally, the analyst designs, improves, and scales sales operations processes to facilitate efficient go-to-market execution and contributes to reporting and performance visibility across Sales and GTM stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, along with at least one year of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role within SaaS companies. Strong analytical skills are essential, with proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Basic reporting and dashboarding experience is also required. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
