As the Sales Operations Lead for Business Development & Solutions at Braze, you will serve as the primary operational and analytical partner to the Vice Presidents of Business Development and Solutions Consulting. This pivotal role is designed to shape and execute strategies that drive both immediate performance and long-term, sustainable revenue growth within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic capacity and resource plans, translating growth targets into actionable headcount, coverage, and investment plans. You will lead the design of territory structures, coverage models, and quota frameworks, ensuring equitable distribution and scalability. Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and broader Go-To-Market teams, you will align planning assumptions and investment decisions with company-level goals. Additionally, you will analyze performance data and market dynamics to provide data-backed recommendations to executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, coupled with over four years of experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proficiency in territory management, quota setting, commissions, and forecasting processes is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Sales Intelligence tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Lusha is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Sales Engagement tools like and Gong, as well as familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Braze offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $114,000 to $140,800 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $130,000 and $160,000 annually, inclusive of bonuses or commissions.
