As a Sales Operations Specialist at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales engagement strategies within the platform. This position is integral to our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, ensuring that high-level objectives are effectively translated into efficient daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining our sales engagement content, including processing requests for new sequences, templates, and snippets. You will ensure all messaging aligns with our GTM standards and drive content governance by organizing and auditing our content taxonomy. Additionally, you will build and maintain reports to track engagement efforts, extract insights for process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement new platform features and best practices. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, with over three years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops within a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proficiency in managing workflows within a Sales Engagement Platform, particularly is essential. Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, attention to data accuracy, and excellent written communication abilities are required. A proactive approach, ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a generalist mindset to quickly learn new SaaS tools and operational methodologies are also important.
