As a Sales Recruiter at Motive, you will play a strategic role in building high-impact teams by attracting, engaging, and closing top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, ensuring that we continue to build a workforce that drives our success.

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates, acting as a brand ambassador to effectively communicate our company's value proposition. Additionally, you will leverage applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize hiring processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in high-volume recruiting within the SaaS or tech industry, with a background in sales or customer success being highly preferred. Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, and familiarity with US and Go-to-Market hiring practices are also important. A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to perform under pressure are key behavioral traits for success in this role.
