They should have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools like Excel and BI platforms, familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and a basic understanding of sales concepts and metrics. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities are essential to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
