Wolt is seeking a Manager to join its global Account Management Strategy & Operations Team, focusing on the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global sales incentive programs. This role involves close collaboration with Account Management leadership, Strategy & Operations, and Finance to establish clear targets, effective incentives, and scalable processes across over 30 countries.

Key responsibilities include developing and administering global account management incentive structures, building forecasting and planning models, monitoring business performance, setting and managing quota targets, overseeing the quarterly incentive payout process, designing scalable reporting dashboards, and driving standardization and automation across related processes.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in sales operations, business planning, analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills are essential, with a preference for proficiency in SQL and experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot. The role requires the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, operate independently in a fast-paced global environment, and engage with senior leadership on global sales or commercial initiatives.
