Salesforce Business Analyst
The Salesforce Business Analyst at Cato Networks will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across multiple departments, including Marketing, Support, and Logistics. As part of the Information Systems team, this role partners closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Cato Networks is a pioneering company in cloud networking and security, converging enterprise networking and security into a centralized global service.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing configuration changes and system enhancements based on business requirements, managing implementation projects end-to-end, supporting users in their daily tasks, managing user accounts and permissions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or project manager, preferably within a high-growth SaaS software or technology company. Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce system administration is required, along with a strong understanding of the platform, including the ability to build custom apps and objects, Flows, formula fields, and custom views. Admin certification is advantageous. Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and integration tools like Workato is also beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills, high-level English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in an agile and fast-paced environment are essential.
Cato Networks offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office. The position is located at NR7, Náměstí Republiky, Prague, Czech Republic.
