Salesforce Business Analyst
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Diligent Corporation, you will serve as the critical link between stakeholders and the Salesforce engineering team, managing requirements across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role involves understanding complex business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions within a global, Agile environment.
Key responsibilities include leading requirement discovery sessions, translating business needs into clear, testable user stories in Jira, and collaborating closely with developers and testers to ensure clarity and minimize rework. You will also review and refine Salesforce configurations to align with business processes and support testing to ensure readiness for deployment.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud configurations. A solid understanding of Salesforce automation tools, the ability to interpret Salesforce metadata, and experience working in Agile teams using Jira are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
