Trustpilot is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its Go-to-Market Technology department. This role is integral to executing large strategic projects within the Salesforce platform, collaborating across commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. The position is based in Edinburgh, contributing to Trustpilot's mission of becoming the universal symbol of trust.

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Responsibilities include developing complex Salesforce Flows, integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems via APIs, and ensuring solutions align with the broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy. The role also involves supporting incident management, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Candidates should possess a minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications, with Platform Developer II being highly valued. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud, is required. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, is essential. Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, security models, and experience with tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git for version control are also necessary.
