Salesforce Developer
Trustpilot is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its Go To Market Technology department within the Technology organization. This role is pivotal in executing large strategic projects on the Salesforce platform, collaborating across commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, a proactive approach to operational excellence, and a keen eye for system architecture, code quality, and process automation.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic capabilities. The developer will maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation, integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs, and collaborate closely with the organization-wide Salesforce team to ensure solutions align with the broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy. Additionally, the role involves supporting incident management, developing comprehensive technical documentation, and mentoring junior administrators.
The position requires a minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications, with Platform Developer II being highly valued. Candidates should have over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, is essential. Experience with Agentforce and other Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect or System Architect, is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
