Trustpilot is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its Go To Market Technology department within the Technology organization. This role is pivotal in executing large strategic projects on the Salesforce platform, collaborating across commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. The position is based in London, contributing to Trustpilot's mission as a high-growth FTSE-250 company aiming to become the universal symbol of trust.

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Responsibilities include developing complex Salesforce Flows, integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems via APIs, and ensuring solutions align with the broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy. The role also involves supporting incident management, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Candidates should possess a minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications, with Platform Developer II being highly valued. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud, is required. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, is essential. Experience with Agentforce and other Salesforce certifications, such as Application Architect or System Architect, are considered strong pluses.
