Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

The Salesforce Technical Lead at Axiom Law will spearhead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives. This role involves leading a team of developers and administrators to enhance and maintain the Salesforce platform, which is integral to Axiom's operations. Axiom Law is a global leader in providing on-demand legal talent, serving over half of the Fortune 100 companies.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem, managing the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring best practices in coding and design. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement enhancements that drive business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on e-commerce projects utilizing Salesforce Core Commerce B2B. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce is essential, along with experience in version control systems like Git and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. A current Salesforce developer certification is required.
