Anduril Industries is seeking a Security Software Engineer to join our team focused on developing advanced security solutions for embedded Linux systems and Android devices. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the security posture of our mission-critical products.

In this role, you will design and develop cybersecurity tools tailored for real-time embedded systems, including the implementation of an endpoint detection and response (EDR) agent for Anduril products. Your responsibilities will encompass developing comprehensive testing and qualification procedures for security-critical components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address specific security needs, conducting code reviews, and staying abreast of the latest security threats and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of software development experience in languages such as Golang, Rust, or C/C++. A strong understanding of Linux security internals, experience with Linux observability and eBPF, and proficiency in debugging and optimizing Linux software performance are essential. Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation for mobile and embedded devices, along with a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and practices, is also required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range for this position, estimated between $166,000 and $253,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
