As a Senior Account Executive on the Scale team at Braze, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewals. This role involves identifying, prioritizing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer accounts to support their growth and scaling efforts. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives to help clients forge meaningful connections between consumers and their brands.

Key responsibilities include generating and managing your own pipeline, conducting value-first conversations through ongoing discovery, and understanding clients' business challenges and desired outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate the differentiated value of Braze's offerings. Additionally, you will navigate large SaaS investments, mobilize distributed global organizations, and accelerate sales cycles by identifying and influencing key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of new business sales experience selling SaaS solutions involving technically integrated products. You should excel at pipeline generation and management, possess consultative selling skills, and be a natural storyteller and attentive listener. An analytical and data-driven approach is essential, along with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-change environments. Experience selling to Growth or Marketing teams, or a background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage, or content marketing solutions, is a plus but not required.
