As a Senior Account Executive on the Scale team at Braze, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and renewals. This role involves identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and serving as a trusted advisor to existing customers. Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels.

In this position, your primary responsibilities include generating and managing your own sales pipeline, conducting consultative sales conversations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives to help clients enhance their customer engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in new business sales, particularly with SaaS solutions that involve technical integrations. Strong skills in pipeline management, consultative selling, and data-driven decision-making are essential. Experience in navigating complex sales processes and influencing key stakeholders within large organizations is also important.

Braze offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $170,000 to $220,000 annually.
