Braze is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its Enterprise Sales Team, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with large-scale clients. This role involves collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Executives to ensure clients derive maximum value from Braze's technology and services. The position is based in San Francisco and offers the opportunity to work with some of the world's most prominent brands.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts, particularly those up to $100K. This includes analyzing customer product usage to uncover cross-sell and upsell possibilities, coordinating with internal teams to drive feature adoption, and achieving quarterly upsell and renewal targets. Occasional travel may be required for onsite customer engagements.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within the SaaS industry, with a significant portion spent in a quota-carrying role and working with companies of 2,000+ employees. Essential skills include strong product knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in tools like Google Office and Salesforce CRM, and outstanding organizational abilities. Experience in enterprise SaaS sales for mobile or marketing technology, as well as prior experience in a startup environment, is advantageous.

Braze offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary between $90,000 and $100,000 per year and an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $180,000 and $200,000 per year, including bonuses or commissions.
