Senior Account Manager, Enterprise
The Senior Account Manager, Enterprise at Braze is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Sales Team, focusing on maximizing the value of Braze's technology and services for a portfolio of enterprise clients. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world's largest brands, driving growth and strengthening client relationships.
Key responsibilities include expanding customer relationships in partnership with Account Executives, developing and closing opportunities up to $100K, and proactively analyzing customer product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role also involves close collaboration with internal departments such as Solutions Consulting, Implementation & Onboarding, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing to coordinate resources and drive feature adoption. Achieving quarterly upsell and renewal targets and occasional travel for onsite customer engagement are also essential aspects of the position.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in Sales or Account Management within SaaS sales, with at least half of that time in a quota-carrying role and working with companies of 2,000+ employees. Essential skills include excellent product knowledge, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Google Office and MS Office Suite, and experience with CRM systems like A background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology and prior experience in a startup technology company are advantageous.
Braze offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 annually, inclusive of bonuses or commissions.
