Senior Account Manager Influencer Marketing
The Senior Account Manager Influencer Marketing at WPP Media's StudioM in Amsterdam leads major accounts, developing strategic plans and annual influencer marketing campaigns. This role involves managing client relationships, providing strategic advice, and translating plans into effective influencer content. The Senior Account Manager oversees the quality and execution of campaigns from inception to completion, mentors junior and mid-level team members, identifies and capitalizes on commercial opportunities within existing client relationships, and generates new business. Financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting, is also a key responsibility.
Key responsibilities include client relationship management with strategic advice, leading and supervising large campaigns and projects, developing influencer marketing strategies and annual plans, coordinating client communication and agency alignment, monitoring budgets and financial reporting, evaluating and reporting on results and learnings, and coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in influencer marketing, digital, or social media, experience in strategic client advisory and leading project teams, a strong commercial sense to identify and seize opportunities, excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, a keen eye for strategy and content to translate plans into resonant influencer-driven content, and a deep passion for social media and influencer marketing, staying abreast of current trends.
